Jade Concannon is the Claims & Risk Manager at Quality Care Group, one of the UK’s leading specialist insurance brokers to the health and social care sector. She works closely with care providers across the UK to help them identify, manage and reduce operational risks while supporting organisations through complex insurance claims when incidents occur.

Jade has extensive experience supporting care providers following serious incidents including fire, liability claims and regulatory investigations. Her role focuses on helping organisations strengthen their risk management procedures, protect residents and staff and ensure they are properly supported if the unexpected happens.
