Roberta joined Omny in November 2025 and advises on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. She has experience supporting transactions from heads of terms through to completion and has led the due diligence process on a number of deals, coordinating document reviews and identifying key legal and commercial risks for clients.

Roberta regularly works with SMEs and family-run businesses, particularly in the dental and education sectors, supporting clients through acquisitions, disposals and wider growth strategies.

Alongside her transactional work, Roberta advises on a range of commercial matters, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on intellectual property matters and preparing website privacy policies.

Roberta’s broad commercial practice is particularly valuable for consolidators undertaking multiple transactions, as she assists with the corporate and commercial issues that arise throughout acquisition programmes and ongoing business operations.
