Omny Group was created around a simple belief: businesses shouldn’t have to navigate their people and workplace challenges through a collection of disconnected and often contradictory support providers.
Which is why over time, we’ve brought together a group of specialist businesses, each with its own expertise, experience and reputation for delivering great advice and client service. From HR and employment law to wider legal support, health & safety, employee benefits, and personal finance, each addition has strengthened our ability to support our clients.
In early 2025, that journey came together under one new identity: Omny.

Outset founded
After continued growth, Outset acquired UKHSE in 2014 and launched the Primed brand in 2019.
March – Investment
Outset received investment from Cow Corner, and acquisition activity began to ramp up.
October – Complete Health & Safety
An H&S bolt-on expanding geographical coverage of existing UKHSE services.
March – Corinthian
Employee benefits provider came on board, bringing financial planning services with it.
June – HR Revolution
Outsourced operational and transactional HR business based in Tunbridge Wells.
March – Eyton Solutions
Expansion of H&S coverage to the Northwest.
June – MyHRDept
Outsourced operational and transactional HR business in Marlow.
June – Adastra
Outsourced operational and transactional HR.
October – Aspiring
Outsourced HR specialising in learning and development (L&D).
July – Vero HR
Wide range of outsourced HR services based in Peterborough.
October – Stratton HR
Strategic HR targeting PE owned businesses based in Bicester.
