Mike Kealey

Mike is an experienced HR leader with over 30 years of generalist HR experience. As Managing Director, Omny HR, he leads the HR division, combining practical people expertise with a strong understanding of the challenges businesses face.

Throughout his career, Mike has held senior HR roles, including eight years as an HR Director, working across FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, and after-sales environments. He founded Vero HR in 2005, building the business around providing practical, personal HR support to organisations and their people.

Mike is passionate about making HR more simple, accessible and useful for businesses, helping leaders navigate people challenges with practical advice and support. As part of Omny, he continues to bring his extensive HR experience and understanding to help clients build stronger people practices and support their wider goals.
