Thomas Fuller

Thomas has expertise in both advisory and litigation roles. However, his passion is for litigation, and he is a tenacious advocate in all types of employment-related proceedings, including wages and contractual claims, complex multi-day unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination complaints. Thomas has worked with clients in a variety of sectors such as medical, construction, hospitality and security services, providing commercially astute advice. More recently, Thomas has added a specialism in business immigration, including advice on sponsoring skilled workers, compliance with immigration regulations, and navigating Home Office requirements.
