Property Aspects of Corporate Transactions

Our Commercial Property Team work closely with our Business Transactions Team to assist with the property aspects of corporate transactions.

We will contribute to the due diligence report, ensure our clients are fully aware of the interest they are acquiring or disposing of and will draft and review all commercial property documents as necessary to help guide the corporate transaction to a satisfactory conclusion.

• We have a dedicated team within the Property Department who specialise in dealing on a day-to-day basis with the property aspects of corporate transactions and the documentation required on any sale or purchase.

• We take time to understand the importance of the property within the overall corporate transaction which allows us to take a commercial approach based on client instructions.

• We understand that corporate transactions can have tight timescales, and we therefore work with our corporate colleagues to achieve required deadlines.
