We recognise that different engagement options suit different businesses and so we work with you to find the best solution – whether that is working with us on an ad hoc pay as you go basis, or a longer term retainer based on the size and demands of your business, we have many flexible options.
Yes! We pride ourselves on ensuring that our experts understand your business – we want to be an extension of your team! Every client has a team of dedicated solicitors of various seniority and experience to ensure that you always have an adviser you can trust will put the business at the heart of our advice. This also allows us to allocate work issues to the appropriate solicitor in your team based on their complexity and sensitivity and therefore that costs are kept proportionate to the issue at all times.
Wherever possible we will provide you with a fee estimate before undertaking work. This may not always be possible (particularly where the advice is urgent), but we provide always clients with details of our pricing structure before undertaking any work. In many situations we can also provide a fixed price for the drafting of documents in order to provide you with cost certainty.
