Amanda is a seasoned HR leader with a passion for helping leaders create workplaces that foster outstanding results. At Omny, she works with clients to shape culture, develop leadership, and enhance employee experience—helping businesses build engaged, high-performing teams. She also leads the HR division ensuring the highest standards of Client Delivery.
Starting her career in retail management before specialising in graduate recruitment and leadership development, Amanda has led HR functions across multiple industries. She played a pivotal role in transforming Hastings Direct, building the HR function from scratch and driving a successful public flotation.
A qualified executive coach, Amanda combines business insight with deep expertise in leadership psychology. Currently studying for an MA in psychotherapy, she brings a unique, science- based approach to coaching and organisational development—helping leaders and teams unlock their full potential.
