Amanda is a seasoned HR leader with a passion for helping leaders create workplaces that foster outstanding results. At Omny, she works with clients to shape culture, develop leadership, and enhance employee experience—helping businesses build engaged, high-performing teams.

Starting her career in retail management before specialising in graduate recruitment and leadership development, Amanda has led HR functions across multiple industries. She played a pivotal role in transforming Hastings Direct, building the HR function from scratch and driving a successful public flotation.

A qualified executive coach, Amanda combines business insight with deep expertise in leadership psychology. Currently studying for an MA in psychotherapy, she brings a unique, science- based approach to coaching and organisational development—helping leaders and teams unlock their full potential.
