Michael is an experienced learning and development professional with a focus on improving workplace culture, leadership and organisational effectiveness. As Director of Learning & Development, he leads a team of executive coaches and HR professionals, helping organisations create positive workplace experiences for both employers and employees.

Michael’s expertise spans mediation, L&D strategy, employee learning and development, training and coaching. He works with organisations to strengthen communication, leadership capabilities and team dynamics, using practical approaches and established methodologies including Insights Discovery, Belbin Team Roles and SLII® leadership training.

At Omny, Michael focuses on three key areas: HR and people practices, training and development, and leadership and cultural transformation. His approach is centred on helping organisations develop their people and leadership capabilities in a way that supports sustainable, positive change and wider business goals.
