Liz Beck

Liz is an experienced leadership and organisational development consultant, coach and founder, with over 20 years’ experience working with senior leaders and managers. At Omny, she supports individuals and teams through change, leadership development and organisational transformation, helping businesses create environments where people can thrive.

Liz began her corporate career in pharmaceuticals, retail and manufacturing, working with global businesses through periods of significant change. She later founded AspiringHR, where she and her team provided HR, culture, engagement and development support to clients across a range of sectors and sizes. The team is now part of Omny HR.

As a Post Graduate Trained Executive Coach and Coach Supervisor, Liz works with leaders navigating personal and professional change, helping them find clarity and make confident choices. She also works with leadership teams to strengthen collaboration, develop behaviours and create the conditions for people to bring their skills to work.

Liz is known for her pragmatic, commercial approach and her ability to get to the heart of an issue. Her expertise in systemic thinking, leadership and team development enables her to bring simplicity to complex challenges and help individuals and organisations achieve meaningful outcomes.
