Sales and acquisitions of freehold properties

We support our clients throughout negotiations, drafting and reviewing of the legal documents, exchange of contracts, completion of the transfer and post-completion matters including SDLT and registration of the title at HM Land Registry.

We can deal with matters whether the property is being purchased, disposed of with vacant possession or subject to a Lease.
