However, his passion is for litigation, and he is a tenacious advocate in all types of employment-related proceedings, including wages and contractual claims, complex multi-day unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination complaints.

Thomas has worked with clients in a variety of sectors such as medical, construction, hospitality and security services, providing commercially astute advice.
