Roseanne joined Omny Law’s Business Transactions team as a Paralegal in 2024. She supports the transactions process from start to finish, assisting clients with the due diligence, managing online data rooms, and coordinating the preparation of transaction documents. Her experience also includes assisting clients with the disclosure process, supporting the signing process, and managing post-completion matters.

Roseanne has particular experience in buy-side and sale-side transactions involving dental practices and independent financial advisers (IFAs). She also assists with the drafting of complex equity documents and works closely with fee earners to ensure transactions progress efficiently.
