Nick is a specialist corporate solicitor with over 15 years’ experience. At Omny, Nick manages the Corporate and Commercial team.

Nick has substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions across a range of industry sectors, including veterinary, dental, pharmacy, domiciliary care, and nurseries.
Nick is on the panel of recommended solicitors for several specialist brokers, including Henry Schein (the UK’s largest specialist dental broker), Dental Elite, and Redwoods Dowling Kerr (the UK’s largest childcare business broker).

Almost all of Nick’s M&A transactions involve complex multiple earn-out structures and require him to work alongside senior advisors from large accounting firms, such as BDO and Hazlewoods.

Nick also has experience in the automotive sector, having undertaken multiple acquisitions of motor dealerships for a large automotive group and advised shareholders on one of the UK’s largest distributors of car parts in relation to a private equity investment.

Nick has experience in bank lending and has advised an international Malaysian bank on multiple complex cross-border financing arrangements.
