We can arrange for necessary property searches to be undertaken and provide lenders with certificates of title. We are able to review the title of the property and provide both borrowers and lenders with integral legal advice to ensure that loans are provided securely and responsibly.
Lending documentation
We will consider the lending documentation including a Loan Agreement, Charge or other documentation required by the lender.
We will investigate the title and report fully to the lender.
We will consider any valuations obtained by the lender and report on buildings insurance policies.
We will complete the security and receive any funds.
We will deal with all post completion requirements.
