Suzanne Brookes

Suzanne has been a specialist employment lawyer for over 20 years. Suzanne has extensive experience advising different types of employers – national and multinational, SME’s and start-up businesses in different sectors as well as senior executives and individuals. Over her career, Suzanne has tackled a broad spectrum of employment law topics ranging from trade union disputes to contracts for elite athletes. Suzanne is particularly successful in resolving complex disciplinary and grievance disputes and providing strategic advice with a practical and commercial focus.

Most recently, in conjunction with consultant Nicholas Moore and Associate Alex Reid, Suzanne has broadened her expertise to include advising Omny’s UK and overseas clients in the niche area of maritime employment law, with both a contentious and non-contentious focus. Suzanne has provided training to clients in this sector and is a member of the UK Chamber of Shipping’s Employment Committee.
