Associate

Emma has represented both employers and employees on a full range of contentious and non-contentious employment-related issues. She has experience in negotiating sensitive and high-value exits and working as a “trusted adviser” to many of her employer clients, providing day-to-day support with the management of their employees in respect of disciplinary and grievance procedures, performance management, complex long-term sickness absences, business restructuring and reorganisation and settlement agreements.

Emma regularly acts for clients of varying sizes, but predominantly her clients have been large corporates and SMEs within the technology, retail, hospitality, and manufacturing sectors.

Emma has extensive experience in relation to employment tribunal litigation, with that having made up much of her practice for most of her career, in which she has represented employer clients in all types of cases, ranging from unfair dismissal to complex discrimination and whistleblowing claims.

Emma also specialises in business immigration law, advising employers on sponsoring skilled workers, compliance with immigration regulations, and navigating Home Office requirements.
