Charlotte Fowlin
Charlotte is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, having qualified in 2024.
Charlotte is experienced in the practice of both contentious and non-contentious law, having worked in the capacity of legal secretary, legal assistant and paralegal in child protection, commercial property, corporate and commercial and employment law over her 12-year career.
Charlotte has assisted with drafting, negotiating and giving advice on pension scheme admission agreements and bonds in connection with local authority TUPE provisions, and is also well versed in court procedure, engaging with a variety of stakeholders, including other legal professionals such as members of the judiciary, counsel and government departments.
Over the course of her career, Charlotte has successfully assisted colleagues in many matters that have been brought before the courts or have required non-contentious preparation and progression.
