Nick has substantial mergers and acquisitions experience in a range of industry sectors including veterinary, dental, pharmacy, domiciliary care and nurseries.

Nick is on the panel of recommended solicitor for a number of specialist brokers, including Henry Schein (UK’s largest specialist dental broker), Dental Elite, and Redwoods Dowling Kerr (UK’s largest childcare business broker).

Almost all of Nick’s M&A transaction contain complex multiple earn out structures, and involve him working alongside senior advisors from large accountancy firms such as BDO and Hazlewoods.

Nick also has automotive sector experience, having undertaken multiple acquisition of motor dealerships for a large automative group and also advising the shareholders on one of the UK’s largest distributors of car parts in relation to private equity investment.

Nick has experience in bank lending, and has advised an international Malaysian bank on multiple complex cross boarder financing arrangements.
